Audience & Prerequisites The KMG ITIL v3 Lifecycle Continual Service Improvement course is best suited for : CobiT is primarily for executives in the tactical and strategic layers of the organization. In order to implement, the employees of Operations too need understanding of CobiT. The foundation course caters to all employees from all verticals including the audit staff. CobiT is very useful for Service Management Staff. The specific checklists, templates that need to be used in the day to day ITSM operations are an advantage in this framework. Cobit provides Control Objectives to be in place for controlling the practices and provide right KPI for effective measurement of these practices. There are no specific prerequisites to this course however, familiarity with IT terminology and IT-related work experience are recommended.
