The KMG ITIL v3 Lifecycle CSI course builds on the general principles covered in the ITIL v3 Foundation course. It covers the lifecycle aspects of Continual Service Improvement (CSI) and the management and control of the activities and techniques within the CSI stage. The course also looks at the concept of CSI as a practice and at the interfaces between CSI and the other stages of the ITIL Service Lifecycle.

To be able to take the certification exam at the end of this course, the participants must have successfully completed the ITIL v3 Foundation course or the ITIL v2 to v3 Foundation Bridge. Other than that, there are no special prerequisites. However, 2 years of relevant work experience is recommended.
