The KMG ITIL v3 Service Manager Bridge provides candidates with the training required to ace the ITIL v3 Manager Bridge exam that gives them a fast track to gaining the ITIL v3 Expert certification.

Audience & Prerequisites

The typical profile of participants catered to in the KMG ITIL v3 Service Manager Bridge course is:

Individuals who hold the Manager's Certificate in IT Service Management for ITIL v1 or v2 who wish to obtain the ITIL Expert certification
Individuals certified in previous versions of ITIL at the Practitioner level and who have a minimum of 12 credits
CxOs, senior IT managers and supervisors, IT professionals, and IT operation practitioners
To be able to take the KMG ITIL v3 Service Manager Bridge Course, the candidate should have:
Manager's Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL v1 or v2)
Proof of attaining previous qualifications before registering for the course
Familiarity with the content of the five ITIL Service Lifecycle Core publications
Those with ITIL v1-v2 Practitioner (single or clustered) certifications must have at least 12 credits
In order for Practitioner-certified individuals to achieve ITIL v3 Expert certification, they must also complete the ITIL v3 Managing across the Lifecycle course and successfully pass the exam.
