Overview
Six Sigma leadership is central to implementation success. Instead of a half hearted unplanned effort, Six Sigma deployment should be a well thought out strategy. Master Black Belts being teachers, mentors and guides need to know much more than advanced statistical techniques.

The KMG Six Sigma Master Black Belt Training program is designed to help Black Belts graduate to roles that involve them acting as trainers, guides, project leaders, and deployment champions within their organizations.

Objective
The KMG Six Sigma Master Black Belt Training curriculum has been developed to enhance the expertise of certified Black Belts keeping in mind the tools used on a majority of Six Sigma projects.

At the beginning of each topic is a detailed review of the important concepts from Black Belt level material.

The training program builds on the Black Belt training curriculum and provides a much deeper understanding of the DMAIC roadmap.
